A celebration in memory of Valentina Gherlanz, young vegan mom who lost his life in a terrible accident on the night of 20 June 2016. The event will take place at the Gelateria Pingiuno Trieste Saturday 30 July from 17.30 on, and it is organized spontaneously by vegetarians and vegans in Trieste, Muggia and Gorizia, with the collaboration of the ice cream shop.
