“MujaVeg Festival 2018 "is the most important event of the veg Friuli Venezia Giulia region. Center of the event is the "veg village", populated by the stand of the animal rights and environmental groups, restaurateurs, producers and local traders and exhibitors specializing in veg sector.

The "veg Village" will be built in a central area of ​​the city of Muggia, the second town in the province of Trieste.

REGISTRATION

Exhibitors interested in participating in MujaVeg Festival 2018, They must submit an application on this model.

The duly signed documentation should be sent to info@mujaveg.it attaching a copy of an identity document. The question shall be deemed granted if no reply within three days after the presentation.

For food business exhibitors, it should also be filled in model MAT indicating the dates of 16 e 17 June, the City of Muggia and the village square of the Republic / Caliterna. The MAT model is to be delivered electronically to the OSS of the City of Muggia by 01 June (suap.regione.fvg.it). The event organization is not responsible for any failure notifications.

In case of difficulty in the electronic notification it can be sent to the MAT model completed and signed in info@mujaveg.it by 26 maggio. In this case the organization will provide care to inform the OSS activity kiosk.

INDICATIONS FOR EXHIBITORS

At MujaVeg Festival they can be exhibited products not derived from animals and their exploitation.

The Veg Village will be open to the public in the following orai:

  • from 10.00 all 20.00 Saturday 16 June

  • from 10.00 all 19.00 Sunday 17 June

The abandonment of the places at different times from those shown should be agreed with the organization. Responsibility for the custody and surveillance of exhibition spaces competes exclusively to exhibitors.

Give her 20.00 on Saturday 16 all 10.00 on Sunday 17 June is scheduled surveillance of the exhibition areas. The gazebo will be lowered and anchored properly, taking into account that the area is exposed to strong gusts of bora.

Seats are assigned according merceologici criteria and the general organization available. It will cater to the exhibitor stand fittings.

TECHNICAL SERVICES AND LOGISTICS

Exhibitors a daily contribution is asked to 3 euro per sq m for municipal taxes, plus a flat rate of 15 euro in expenses. For exhibitors of the food industry there is provided a further contribution of 15 € reimbursing higher expenses, that the organization is required to have to meet hygiene requirements. The amounts will be paid in cash the day of the event.
