Spreadable with hazelnuts

Ingredients (per 3/4 people)

100 gr. Brown sugar

60 gr. toasted hazelnuts

100 gr. dark chocolate into small pieces

100 gr. vegetable drink of your choice

50 ml. seed oil (or 70gr. of margarine)

Procedure

Pulverize the sugar and hazelnuts then chop the chocolate as well.

Combine the milk and l’ oil (or margarine) and in a saucepan bring to 50 degrees (use a food thermometer) always mixing . Turn off the heat and continue stirring for approx 4 minutes .

Pour everything into an airtight jar such as those with clips. It can be stored in the refrigerator for about ten days.
